Vendor Setup Checklist

Plan ahead for a smooth setup and teardown.

Thank you for participating in Stanwood-Camano Pride at Freedom Park. Please review the setup notes below before event day, and download the vendor information packet for reference.

Booth Information

  • All booth spaces are numbered and allow room for one 10’ x 10’ tent.
  • No driving on the grass is permitted because of septic pipes and the septic drain field beneath the park grounds.
  • Please bring a wagon, cart, or hand truck to help transport your items. Some booths may be up to approximately 200 feet from unloading areas.
  • Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, displays, and booth setup materials.
  • Please keep tables, displays, and merchandise within your assigned booth space so walkways remain clear for guests.
  • Tent spikes or stakes are not allowed. Please bring tent weights, as it can get breezy in the park.

Arrival & Setup

  • Vendor setup begins at 10:00 am.
  • Please arrive no later than 11:00 am so you have enough time to unload, set up, and be ready before early attendees arrive.
  • Vendors may unload from the lot next to Camano Coffee Roasters and near the Park & Ride.
  • Please do not park in transit lanes or block driveways while unloading.
  • Volunteers will be available to help guide vendors to booth locations.
  • Please do not begin breaking down your booth until the event ends at 4:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Freedom Park as insured.
  • This is usually easy to request from your current insurance broker.
  • Home crafters do not need to worry about this insurance requirement.
  • Food vendors must have a temporary food establishment permit.
  • Food vendors can learn more through the Island County Temporary Food Establishments page .
